Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Job Captain to lead project coordination and ensure high standards in design and documentation for K-12 facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural design graphics, plans, and renderings for client presentations.

  • Conduct site visits to document existing conditions.

  • Manage and redline design and construction documents.

  • Oversee project schedules, coordinate with consultants, and prioritize deadlines.

  • Guide projects through DSA approvals, utilizing Bluebeam and electronic submissions.

  • Provide construction support, processing submittals, RFIs, and other project documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in K-12 and DSA projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture; California architectural licensure (or nearing licensure) preferred.

  • Proficiency in Revit; SketchUp, InDesign, and public speaking skills a plus.

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Revit Operator to join our team. This role involves creating and refining Revit models, preparing construction documents, and supporting project administration tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe in-house and consultant redlines into Revit.

  • Generate Revit backgrounds (plans, sections, elevations, details).

  • Compile and assemble construction documents for reviews and approvals.

  • Assist with project graphics and modeling for presentations.

  • Coordinate with project teams and consultants.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in an architectural office (K-12 experience a plus).

  • Strong Revit expertise required; proficiency in SketchUp, InDesign, Photoshop, or AutoCAD is a plus.

  • Team-oriented, detail-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • ARE exam progress a plus.
